Frequently Asked Questions
1- What does the customer have to do?
Absoultey nothing. We run the event, setup, tear down and clean after ourselves. All we need is one power plug to plug in our equipment or we can bring a generator.
2- Can you outdoors and indoors?
Yes, this equipment works outdoors and indoors.
3- Is it better to have the party during the day or night?
It is easier to see the laser when it is a little darker not very bright. However, both experiences should be the same. There is an upcharge for later parties during dusk or at night, it is considered premium service.
4- Does the event depend on the weather?
Yes, if it is raining or the is below 40 degrees, we have to reschedule or move the event to an indoor location that you provide.
5- Do you provide any or obstacles?
Yes, we do. If your backyard doesn't have trees or anything to hide behind, we can provide some barriers for an extra charge.
6- Where are you located?
We are located in Warren, Michigan.
7- What game formats can you play?
We offer multiple game formats with different weapons and shields, including Juggernaut, Free For All, Team Games, King of the Hill, and many more.
8- How long does it take you to set up?
We take 30 minutes to set up for small events and up to 1 hour for larger events. The same time applies for.
9- What do you need in order to set?
All we need is one power outlet! If one can't be provided for outdoor events, we do have a generator available for an extra charge.
10- Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured, and additional insured coverage is available upon request.
11- How often do you clean the equipment?
The equipment is cleaned and disinfected before and after every party.
12- Do you travel?
Yes, we do! Message us with party date and location, and we can provide you with a custom quote.
13- Deposit?
We request a 50% deposit to book the event and hold the spot on the calendar. The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before the event.
14- Refund Policy?
Outdoor events due to inclement weather will receive a 100% refund. For any other reason, the 50% deposit will be used as a credit for your next event, valid for up to 1 year from the original payment. Any amount paid over the 50% deposit will be refunded.
